Terms & Policies

When you’re sharing our Homestay, it’s important to respect each other’s private time and space. Therefore, please read the general dos and don’ts so you can have an idea of what to expect before booking :

Smoking is not permitted indoors. When smoking outside, extinguish the cigarette butt completely and dispose it off in the provided ashtray.

We do not serve alcohol in our homestay. Adult guests may carry their own alcoholic beverages and can consume sensibly on the property. Illegal drugs are NOT permitted.

 Meals Timings: Breakfast – 9Am to 11.00Am; Lunch – 1Pm to 2:30Pm; Dinner – 7:30Pm to 9:30Pm.

We do not provide you room service. Meals are served in a common dining space.

Pets are not allowed in the homestay..

Bed linen and toiletries are changed every alternate day. If you want to get it changed earlier please let us know, we will be willing to help.

Kindly switch off lights and check taps before going to bed and before leaving your room. Also, turn off the fans, heating appliances etc. when not required.

Keep the homestay secure. Lock the doors and windows of your room when leaving for the outdoors.

Do not carry food to your room. Feel free to use the kitchen for your cooking requirements at a nominal cost but please clean after yourself. Damage to crockery or utensils would be charged additionally, if any.

Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. Causing any damage to property will lead to eviction from the house.

After your bath, please hang towels outside on the railings or towel rack (not in your room/bathroom). They will dry quicker and will not smell of moisture.

Bonfire is fun but we set it up only in our designated open area. We may not be able to entertain a request for the same during rain or snow for obvious reasons.

Please do not dump waste, papers or anything else which may cause the toilet or water drainage to clog.

During local sightseeing and village visit, please respect local culture and do not pluck flowers, fruits or vegetables without permission.

Maximum 02 adults are allowed per room. Extra bed is not possible in any of the rooms. A child below 6 years can stay free of cost. A child between 6 and 11 years can stay in the parents’ bed at 25% cost of the room rate. For children above 12 years, please book a separate room.

We want you to feel cosy and comfortable, therefore, please ask us if you need extra blankets/quilt if you are cold.

Do not let your children wander unattended. You’ll be living in a village amid cultivated fields, please be sure to look where you’re walking and consult us to know where you can stroll.

 We won’t mind you playing light music via mobile or internet but please try to do this before 10 pm at night. Always try and maintain the noise level at a point where it doesn’t upset other guests or the host.

International guests are required to provide valid Passport/Visa details at the time of check-in and must fill up the registration form and guest register as required by the law.

Indian guests are required to provide valid identity proof like Passport, Election card, Driving License, Aadhar Card at time of check-in. Pan Card will not be accepted as a valid identity proof.

Reservation will be confirmed only after a booking fee deposit (which is 50% of the total payable amount).

If you wish to cancel the booking, please inform us 24 hours in advance.
